REFORM500 PROJECT
As part of the Reformation Jubilee some of the paver stones on Kálvin tér (one of the major squares in Budapest) were replaced by concrete slabs holding quotes by significant early reformers and Hungarian authors. The 95 different concrete slabs were made of our high performance concrete and the inscriptions on them were possible to create due to our concrete graphics technology.
The REFORM500 public installation project, designed by Levente Szabó and Ákos Polgárdi and manufactured by VPI Concrete & Manufacture has won a shared Hungarian Design Award in the visual communication category.
